[urq] no crank

I have ound a "non factory" splice coming off the ignition switch #50 going to the on starter relay, then running the wire into the fuse block..  It was a dicey connection.  Then again I'm not even sure why it goes into the fuse block (at the Fuel Pump block) as the factory and Bentley I think, show this wire going directly to the starter?!  Pretty usual stuff for early and hacked cars.
