[urq] Urq stainless exhaust ideaMartin Pajak martin at quattro.caTue Mar 10 16:13:39 PDT 2009
It is a beautiful piece of art, only problem is that Paul is unwilling to make a 3" version because he is worried about the over the axle fitment. I told him I will take full responsibility if it rubs and make necessary corrections, he still refused. A 20vt engine in an Ur-q really needs a 3" exhaust. Craig Cook is working on a full 3" system that will fit the Ur-q. His project is on Motorgeek. Hope this helps. I've seen the stebro and am not that impresed for the money and aggrivation of getting one shipped to the states. Plus, it's grade 409, a stainless that still rusts... Heck, if there's enough interest, it may be worth mocking one up and making a run. ? Todd]
