[urq] Bumper Plugs Update?

Indeed,
Providing things like 
- Stiffer but still rubber versions of the tranny/diff mounts (Similar to old BLUE Urq mounts)
- 18mm Ball Joints for urq
- Silicone Coolant hose kit including heater hoses, etc.

His list is growing.  great to have someone that supports the car.
