[urq] Bumper Plugs - does anyone want a USA '84 Bumper

Actually, it is mid '83 and forward that has no plugs in the rear.
ETKA only lists one p/n for the bumper cover, but it shows the mounting
for the non-plug bumper and lists it as D-900340>>.

Also, I can confirm that my '83 (D-900604) does not have plugs.
