Soooo easy, and cheap too. 

The only potential problem is rust on the non-covered treads of the center
bolt. Lube it before, it will ease the job a bit. Buy new bolt and nuts,
they are of the self-locking type.

That's about it.

Do you need the part numbers ?

431 399 151D x2 (mounts)
431 399 291 x2 (big cups, if yours are rusted out or you want a show car...)
N 010 472 11 x2 (M10 x 85mm bolts)
N 102 090 05 x2 (M10 self locking nuts)
