[urq] Forbidden words...

.... the way I have the urq server configured, posts over 25KB are held for
moderation ... most posts with attachments fall into this category.  My
practice is to reject such posts to the sender so that they can decide
whether or not it makes sense to send the post without the attachment or
select some other option ... 

If people prefer I change it to strip off the attachment let me know and I
can do that ... sometimes it is a few days before I find the over-length
post in the queue ...

Attachments will be stripped.  That's it- the messages won't be
rejected or disappear.
