[V6-12v] Radiator Fans not working

Not sure about the testing procedure but if you get close to 
overheating, you should be able to get the fans going by turning on the 
a/c.  They should come on when the a/c is turned on and stay on until 
it is shut off; at least that is what happens with my '94 100.  As a 
matter of fact, this may also be a good way to check that the fans work 
at all.  If they come on this way, I would suspect some sort of 
electrical/wiring problem with the sensor that triggers them when the 
car gets hot.
