[V6-12v] Radiator Fans not working

I forgot to mention that I had remembered reading about the AC making the
fans turn on high speed and I had tried that yesterday when I had pulled
over. The fans did not turn on when I did this.

Not sure about the testing procedure but if you get close to
overheating, you should be able to get the fans going by turning on the
a/c. They should come on when the a/c is turned on and stay on until
it is shut off; at least that is what happens with my '94 100. As a
matter of fact, this may also be a good way to check that the fans work
at all. If they come on this way, I would suspect some sort of
electrical/wiring problem with the sensor that triggers them when the
car gets hot.
