I can certainly vouch for the PB Blaster stuff, works very well.

Don't know about a shop local to you, but before you do that I suggest
may spray some PB Blaster in each plug hole area -- stuff really has a
of working itself into the threads. Let it sit overnight and reattempt
remove. Good luck.
