[V8] Zenon Lights, Any Ideas for Retrofits?

I didn't think of that, but a great option in your case, and infinite
amounts easier, would be to take what Tony said, and create a harness for
your lights. Basically, this means you wire your lights directly to your
battery, but then there is an on-off relay (3-pole) that is connected to
your factory switches. This means that when you flip on your factory
switch, you then direct power right from the battery to your lights.

Its fairly simple to do, and very effective, likely the best modification to
any lighting system out there.

Secondly, with this done, you can try to modify a set of HIR bulbs to fit.
These are 9011 / 9012 bulbs for mostly nissans and Diesel trucks/Tractors,
if you'd believe it. They put out about %200-300 the light of regular
halogens, however they are halogens themselves, and just about 0 difference
between them. They will be the stock wattage (35w and 55w) and heat is not
an issue either. Best of all, they should fit right into the 9005/6
receptors with just a bit of tweaking to the bulb base.

Check out HIRheadlights.com for more info.

Good luck!
