[Vwdiesel] Convert 1.9TD to spark?

  Any idea how hard it would be to convert a 1.9TD to spark ignition? I
want to make a woodgas fueled genset with one. Woodgas needs high
compression, so diesel makes a better base than a gas engine. I figure
making some sparkplug inserts to fit the injector holes (or glow plug
holes??) would be easy, but what about a distributor?
  And yes, I could just have it fire off with a minimal amount of diesel
fuel, but ...
