I have only one question:
       Assuming adequate ignition, is there any advantage to running a bit
retarded timing?

I run as little advanced as possible.  BUT did yoy chevk valvetiming ?     Bunny Bondo
is set to a point where if you bring her back one pencil line she smokes at idle.
