[Vwdiesel] Help - messed in the head...

Is there a specific way to surface the head to be done properly?  I'm new to
this and really only know of CBN or belt sander. One aluminum head shop I
spoke to out in Oregon said that if it isn't surfaced correctly then you
will have head gasket issues.

PS  cleaned up all my pistons last night, man what a pain getting all that
carbon out from the ring area's.  :(
