[Vwdiesel] Is it weird oil pressure?Shawn Wright swright at zuiko.sls.bc.caFri Apr 22 01:01:19 EDT 2005
Does it also happen if you burn up a hill in 4th, then at the top drop it into 5th and let it coast down to around 2000rpm? If so, then you've got what I had, or similar - low hot oil pressure caused by failed int. shaft bearings. If it only happens when cornering, then it sounds like you need some better baffling in the oilpan. But I never got this when cornering, and there are plenty of curvy roads around here... You need to install a gauge, preferably mechanical to see what's going on. On 22 Apr 2005 at 0:44, chris granju <carstuff at fiataccompli.com> wrote: > Thanks. Got it.
