[Vwdiesel] source for injection pump

I've got a nasty leak in the injection pump (apparently the O-ring between
the main body & "top") on my '91 1.6 turbo.   Anyone have a good spare used
IP or can point to a good source for the same.   Alternately, I've not found
good documentation on replacing the o-ring....if this is practical/do-able
I'd love to hear about it because otherwise the IP seems to perform fine.
