Still going to be way too new for the North American Market I'm afraid :-(
Newest we can import here (from anywhere) is built before August 1990

45kms= ~ 27.9 miles
1 liter=0.21978 gallons (imp)
27.9/0.21978 = 126.945MPG (imp)

Even a SMART car 799cc Diesel won't do that kind of mileage ~!~! (I think
they top out @ 80MPG with a feather foot)
