[Vwdiesel] Biodiesel82 Diesel Westy dieselwesty at yahoo.comFri Aug 26 11:42:00 EDT 2005
I am pretty sure the older TDI's are OK with a blended mix of filtered fryer oil and diesel, but not strait WVO. These would be the TDI's with traditional injection pump, not the new PD head with 4 individual electronic injection pumps that run off of new cam lobes. I would love to run Bio-juice in my Jetta TDI PD, but have not read enough about others running Bio-diesel in this engine. It is the only car I own that I know will start each day, so I don't want to mess that up right now.......but hope to run my 1.9na Westy on it when back on the road in a few months........
