Its a super penetrant http://www.pbblaster.com/  Works better than liquid 
wrench but I think Kroil is even better.
Can't help on the cabinet. I built one from a cabinet our biology dept. 
paid a bunch for for some experiments and later turned into an iguana cage. 
When he kicked the bucket they were going to throw it out.
