[Vwdiesel] my "junkyard" visit barely a success

OK, just in from the reconnasaince mission to scavenge parts off of a
frankenjetta. 86-92 ex gasser.
My nephew rolled the car, so much of the mirrors, handles, glass, doors,
etc. was all broken up pretty bad.  Car was full to the windows with snow.
Not much scavenged from the inside.

Luckily I did get:
-one door handle that I badly needed (already installed it!)
-a rear view mirror........different style so I cut it off and epoxied it to
the windshield already.
-a door lock knob (installed)
-a really cool metal/chrome bright n' shiney front "VW" emblem Grill badge
(already cut up my grill and installed it)
-a new-to-me reverse light (etc.)tranny switch........installed and it
doesn't work (BLAST!)
-3 hubcaps.  Those really tiny 8" or so silver plastic flat discs with wire
grippers on the back that slip over the lugnuts......... I need 1 more ;-)

My only consolation was that it's a fantastic sunny day here. REAL warm 7*C
and the parts were all 100% free, so I will not complain.

If anyone has a spare hubcap they want to stick in an envelope and mail me .
