That's not a dry lubricant as such (like graphite), but is very good stuff.
Very pricey here, but is an actual lubricant... it keeps router bit end
bearings from going bad during heavy use if that means anything to you.

To thaw a lock, get pure alcohol into it to melt the ice.  when it works,
treat generously with a water displacer like WD-40, then use your thin oil
like the TriFlow stuff to keep the water from getting in the lock cylinder.
Someone mentioned antifreeeze.  That works well too for locks in winter, but
sucks as a lubricant in the long run.

The locksmith on the Vanagon list has addressed this a few times - don't
remember all the specifics, but his main comment was that lock lube needed
to be a "dry" lubricant.  He directed everyone to a lube in a can called
"Tri-Flow."  Can says it's got "Teflon" in it... no idea what that means,
but I live in WI and my locks have been fine ever since.  I lube up whenever

one starts feeling a little stiff - probably once / yr...
End up using it on a lot of other stuff too - garage door hinges, pre-
assembly of rusty tractor bolts, etc.
