[Vwdiesel] Good news and bad news...

Hey everyone,

I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that I took the Rabbit out on the Highway today, and 
it now goes 75 MPH!!  Woohoo!  After replacing just about every part in 
the front end, it's tight.  It handles well, better than my Golf.

The bad news is that when I got home after driving it on the highway, I 
noticed that where the engine vent meets the air intake had oil seeping 
around it, like it had excessive blowby.  I became a little worried, 
since that means that my ring job might not be holding as well as I 
thought.  The car still gets 50MPG and starts in just about all 
temperatures without a problem, so I'm at a loss as to why this would 
be.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Ugh.
