[Vwdiesel] Fueling screw

so "basically" it adjusts the amount of fuel allowed to go to the 
injectors from one end of the curve to the other then. Hmm, then 
tweaking it a little after I used the purge was a good thing then, as 
it seemed the po messed with it before me.
