[Vwdiesel] Caliper with twisted off bleeder

The only way is to loosen the hydraulic line and push the air out and 
retighten + mop up.
Actually IMO most air in front brakes comes out the mostly vertical pipework 
(Quantum speke here :0D which may or may not be valid)  self bleed stylee
