[Vwdiesel] IEEE Spectrum: Dark Clouds Over Clean Diesels

"They conclude that emissions of diesel soot and other forms of black
carbon may have a warming impact on Earth’s atmosphere second only to
carbon dioxide."

Seems that camp can't even get their facts straight. Last I heard, CO2
was actually fairly low on the list of "greenhouse gases" with methane
some 25x stronger at the act than CO2, and water vapor some 14x
stronger, but now apparently the almighty carbon dioxide molecule has
been catapulted to the top of the list.

I roll my eyes at this commentary.
