This is also exactly what we did when I worked for an excavation company. all the trucks and machinery were run on about a 10-15% mix with gasoline. That was in Montana, and it gets plenty cold there. Here in Oklahoma, it doesn't get nearly as cold, so we don't even have the availibility of #1. But, I also run the Quattro in the winther usually, so the Jetta just sits anyhow.
