[Vwdiesel] Injection pump woes

Well, the second of two diesel injection pumps that I own for my vanagon
just sprung a leak.
I called a local bosch certified service shop, and the seemingly
knowledgeable gentleman said that these pumps can't be rebuilt. He warned to
be careful on businesses online claiming to sell rebuilt pumps..

Thoughts? What should I do for a pump? '82 diesel vanagon..
