[Vwdiesel] injector pump adjustment

I took my Caddy with the turbo to the local IP shop to show them the
backwards setup on the throttle cable. They told me that all the turbos are
set up that way.

On the N/A IPs, when the adjustment is made while timing the IP, usually
pulling up on the IP gives better fuel economy while pushing down gives more
power.

Since the turbo throttle cable is turning the post in the IP in the opposite
direction from a N/A IP will the IP adjustment be reversed? i.e. push the
pump down for economy and pull it up for power?
