[Vwdiesel] Old Oil, or 'Hard Cheese'?

I once kept some cheese for 7 years [not Parmesan]. It was fine. I may have 
nearly 10kg of cheeses in the fridge at the moment. Much has been in my 
possession for 2 years or so, making it's birth about 4 years plus. I find 
commercial cheese varies so much between purchases, that when I buy some and 
like it, I tend to buy a lot more, and store it in the hope it will keep, 
mature further, etc etc.   No Monterey Jack car rubber in my collection 
though ;o)

I guess that's not procrastination, but 'will power' :o(
