[Vwdiesel] PROTHE on ebay??

Any feedback from the stuff that "PROTHE" sells on eBay? 

here is why- 92 ecodiesel (NOT the one i was trying to unload a few days ago!) with a cracked head- so i need a 1.6TD head... he has bare heads for ~$300.

OR does anybody have a good used or new 1.6TD head? hydraulic.
