What we need help with

This is a list of all the areas in which we need contributions. Hopefully, you'll see something that tickles your fancy.

Conversion and cleanup of old content

We have the old files, but they have the Twiki style formatting, not Wikitext. Many of them also need help:

• basic grammar and spelling
• changing the "voice" of the text from the first-person-narrative to reference material style writing. (Many entries are just pasted-in emails from the list archives.)
• incorrect or misleading information may be present
• reorganization, or information may be more appropriate elsewhere

Authorship of new content

New article ideas:

• Comprehensive model information. We have good starter articles for the 200q20v, the V8, and the Coupe GT - as our most active editors know those vehicles best. Articles for the Turbo Quattro Coupe, A4, A6, and UrS4/S6 would be great (just click a red link to get started if you have an account!)
• we need general repair information
• check out the automatically generated list of wanted pages (to add something, simply create a link in another page to a page which does not exist.)

Review of current content

We need people to give existing articles 'the hairy eyeball'. There are numerous ways to do this:

• Check the recent changes list to see what has been worked on. You can expand the search criteria back much further than the defaults.
• Check the fewest revisions list to see articles which have the fewest revisions
• Stumble onto a random page.
