[200q20v] Stalling and PC board

Ed Kellock has a copy of a tech bulletin. He sent me an excerpt and could
send the whole thing I guess.  It does mention a circuit board problem that
causes a bouncing speedo and stalling, all from the PC problem.  

I've never seen this bulletin but if it is true that would explain why my
shop foreman thought it could all be one problem.  He's seen it all what
with 40+ years, most of them on VW/Audi products.  His memory for stuff
relevent to old cars is amazing.  

When you do bring the car back in I can't stop and check the car out at
that moment but as I said I could meet you there on a Sat and check out
what I can.  I will try another BPV and check for leaks.
