200 Door Panel Question

Quats...

Is it possible to take the center piece out of a door panel from a 200? To
elaborate, there is a section of the door panel that is behind the arm rest
and surrounds the door handle. I'd like to replace this piece with a
different color. Looking at the panel from the back it appears as if this
center piece is snapped in by a clip all the most of the way around.
However, I can't figure out how to..er...unsnap this clip or if it is even
possible at all.
