torqueing up cam bolt

Since three people have asked this question - in use, it's actually
set at 90 degrees.

Though I think it really would make bugger all difference, as you say.
But it's a bloody sight better than just guessing.  I suspect the
error would be less than the calibration error of the torque wrench -
it's about three years since I had it checked!
