[Vwdiesel] Need diesel Vanagon flywheel or ring gear

  At first I was wondering how you'd flip a ring gear (as in pinion and ring
gear).
  It sounds like you have a problem that needs addressed first.
Either a bad starter drive or someone likes to engage the starter when
the engine's running.  I don't think a diesel give the excuse of "I couldn't
hear it running."  ;-)
