The "Consumer CD" that Alldata is selling includes exactly the same
info that the shops get, in fact is a disc for a shop set.
The differences are:
The shops have access to all the data on the disc
The shops get quarterly updates
The shop have full time support of our customer service dept.
Incl. access to a complete lib. of manuals
If they can find info they can call or fax us
The shops get training in the use of the system
The "Consumer CD's" are a new product for us and will be going thru
some changes for awhile, improvements, as is the rest of our database.
