4kcsq sighting, lister?

Saw a clean silver 4kcsq today, lowered maybe 2 in., on Borbets (looked like 
16s, Type E's, I think-the six spoke ones), with Euros and a nice PIAA-esque 
fog/driving lights in the bumper. Real loud exhaust, too.  Lister?
