brake pad warning sensor

You don't need it.  It's totally redundant, even with new rotors.
By the time new pads wear down to the point requiring replacement, the rotor
wear will provide the audiable warning.  The pad backing plate will contact
the unworn inner and outer annular rings on the rotor surface and provide
the warning long before touching the rotor active surface.  When it squeels,
check and replace pads.
