K26 on 200 20v

I was able to tap the port in situ by carefully drilling while removing bits with a
vacuum.  I then tapped in for the appropriate fitting and used some metal epoxy to
assure a good seal.

I think you will be happy with the k26 - try it befor taking the trouble to wap it back
out.  I have one on a 200Q 20V and it is pretty nice.  

You can not swap k26 with k24 housings.

Hi all,

I recently purchased a used 3B engine to replace my older one. After installing the
engine again, and connecting the vacuum hoses I realized that the previous owner swapped
turbos. I believe it is a K26 since it does not have a vacuum port on the housing
upfront that goes to the wastegate frequency valve. Now, not sure what to do I got
advice from a shop and recommended that I take the housing off and drill and tap a port
in the housing.
I still have the k24 that has a bit of play. I am not sure if the housing are
interchangeable, but could work. What other options do I have, besides swapping the
entire turbo. What about quick tap turbo lines that go into the rubber hoses? Like this
