TQC European specs

     Okay I read the FAQ's, I asked a few Audi mechanics here in Canada and 
     I'm still not sure what the correct answer is. So I hope you will 
     forgive me if this has already been discussed.
     
     But, what are the exact differences in the setup of European TQC's and 
     US/Canadian models to account for the horse power and torque 
     diferences?
