NEW MEMBER QUESTIONS

Hi,
   I'm new to this posting stuff, so hopefully I won't screw things up.

I have a '93 S4 that I just put a K&N filter in.  

Who can I go to for a good upgrade chip ??

Should I change the waste gate spring and whom should I get it from??

I can't seem to get a repair manual from anyone, got any idea's??

Also, any reccommendations (too many c's) on where to get parts at a resonable price.

Hope fully I have done this correctly and I will learn how to properly communicate.
