You should make the dealer pay! They probably used a $%#*&'n impact 
wrench to tighten the lugs. A torque wrench should be used.

if the hub is not stripped (according to your dealer, but it won't 
tighten anyway), a 
regular lug should screw right in, so why buy an oversized one?
