i screwed up my left leg skiing back in 85.
happened a week after my first quattro test drive.
had to wait a month before i could properly drive it for a
"reevaluation".
that didn't stop me from driving my scirocco 5 speed for a month (1
footed!) on a 45 mile (each way) commute.
had to duct tape a block of wood to the clutch pedal so i could reach it
with my right foot.
toll booths were fun!
