Think back to PDQships posts of earlier this spring.
Boost is not Flow, and vice/versa. Motors are limited
by how much oxygen they are getting. Flow equals
oxygen, boost does not. Low restriction intake, multiple
valves, careful matching, porting, polishing, high
efficiency turbos, low restriction exhaust, combustion
chamber shape, cross flow heads, and getting all the
pieces of matched into a harmonically tuned design,
these are how it is done.
An easier way may be a higher efficiency turbo, because
us old 10V guys can't change all of this stuff without
starting from scratch.
