I would think that $400 is a bit high - perhaps there
is bargaining room?.  The standard price (new) is $620
(incl mounting bracket, $595 without) and you can usually
count on 40-50% off for used electronics - which would
put you at $360 or better.  Don't forget - you won't
have any warranty, and CD lasers are EXPENSIVE if they
break.
