According to my new Bulletin fiche (issued 1993) the cutoff is  THRU 1990 100
AND 200 Cars 44KN017651.  Supercedes my old (and per my recent posted) 1990
Tech bulletin indicating a late 1987 cutoff.  Bulletin gives 125 time units
for R&R, 10 for test.

The protective coating deterioration from the inside of the fuel tank lodging
inside of the FP screen.  Hard starting, stalling, and loud FP are the
indications.

I would advise that this mod be done on any 5k/100/200 prior to the above
production date.  Quick simple and no smoking please.
