If the water is H2O and not Green, then.... Small problem, but PITA to fix. Your AC condensation drain pan is plugged and it is overflowing into the car. The pan fills with silt and dust. you need to remove the pan and clean it. A quick and dirty way to clean it is by using a coat hanger (aka roto-rooter)and fishing it up the drain hose. The hose comes out the fire wall into the engine compartment and routes down near the heat shield of the cat. Good luck.
