While I won't get into the subject of Blau, just a thought: did you use the line holders that snap into the strut assembly? I've noticed that even many pro's either don't hook them up, or lose them. I learned this one the hard way when my stock brake line wore out in two weeks after a brake job. There is an incredible amount of rubbing that happens between the brake line and strut.
