Sorry I missed your first post. But with the info in this email I would
guess that the actuating arm is hitting something like the exhaust when
engaged. It is not normal. You are going to have too look at it on a lift.

stopping it. Koenig Cobra 16x7 with Yokohama Avs intermediates turning it,
K&N and uh..
