'87 coupe gt new engine

I can't remember who posted the question initially, but the following 
message is from the guy who is building the engine.  He provides the 
phone # for more details.  The company is called Bellevue Motorsports, or 
BelRed Motorsports (I can't remember which...the shop is on BelRed road 
in Bellevue, so its a toss-up).

what would be built is a 2.3L w/9.5:1 compression he would have approx.
150HP w?150 torque approx I'm working from memory I think the engine is
