The 200 has a single pass IC which is located behind the grille and plumbs the air back to the exhaust side of the motor then towards the firewall where a 90 deg. bend sticks it into the intake man. On the S4 the IC is in the lower right side of the engine bay as viewed from the front of the car. The air is then plumbed into the intake man. which looks like a paint-brush with 5 bristles and the handle being the inlet. The only thing I know regarding electronics is the overboost feature the S cars have.
